Pregnant Malin has nowhere to live when her boyfriend Frank does end. As a last resort, she seeks out her father Martin, even though they have never met. He proves to be an arrogant and self-absorbed actor. But before Malin manage to tell who she is as Martin hit by a stroke. When he wakes up so he does not remember who he is - much less that he has never met his daughter. Malin sees as his chance to make him the father she always lacked. She teaches Martin how life should be lived and shared the fabricating a happy childhood.
